Two bloggers conspicuously absent:
Lynne d. Johnson, because I had no picture that was worthy (for real…I watched her reject some 10 or more digital shots)
Me, because I was taking these pictures. Rumor has it I'm in several of the other cameras.
Donald | e.j. | James | |
Madison | Pyoruba | Ronn | Steven |
Cool pictures! The one of Ronn seems to show a lot of empty tables in the background. Were you the only people there?
Posted by Al-Muhajabah at March 2, 2004 11:31 PMNo, we were relegated to the basement level. Apparently, groups larger than six had to be hidden. :-)
Thanks for posting the pics P6. I'm sure someone will have your mug online shortly. LOL

Posted by lynne at March 4, 2004 01:21 AMJames lives across the country, and is therefore safe. Me, I could never set foot in Brooklyn again.
Posted by P6 at March 4, 2004 01:37 AMI went for the photos, but J-Notes is really excellent!
YOU SAW MCCOY TYNER IN CONCERT? Whereas your humble correspondent is reduced to hoarding Impulse CDs?
There thou makest me sin, in envy, that thou hast the real McCoy, and I have mine. Would that it were learned some night-traipsing fairy had switched our babes... (1 Henry IV, I.i.)
Posted by James R MacLean at March 4, 2004 04:48 AMHey, James is the one you got beef with. All I did was show up at BBQ and eat chicken ceasar salad.
And yes, J-Notes is great. Great to the degree that he gets asked to do reviews rather than being pushy and insistant like me.
Posted by P6 at March 4, 2004 07:16 AMHey, if we can pull you from Staten Island once, we can do it again. I had an awesome time, and now I gotta go and catch up and everything!
And I just gotta say, that's one of the best pics I've ever taken. Are you sure that wasn't airbrushed?!
