Do you have any idea how much energy it takes to research and write a fairly significant post in an area you don't generally write for while participating in the launch of a 40+ blogger metablog/ezine/what the hell ever it is, when your father's in the hospital and you have a fairly major post for the topics you DO generally write about weighing on your mind? Huh? Do you?

Well, I know about most of it, excerpt for the part about the father in the hospital. I hope he gets better soon. Keep hanging in there, bro.
I wanted to let you know that the sweat, blood and tears that you are expending at this moment are very deeply and gratefully appreciated.
Thank you. Truly.
Actually, dear, I do. Finished up my Sunday OSP Legal Writes essay today, did a much smaller one for AF&O, ran to the hospital to hang with Dad (still comatose after being taken off life support Thursday; we're waiting for the inevitable), now researching some other pieces and fighting back tears, writer's block, and Excedrin headache #3,964. Looooooong week.
Echoing the above sentiment, many props for doing what you do so well. And I really pray your dad is feeling better; I am missing mine so much.
