I thought there was some depths to which Br. Williams would not sink but I was wrong. Invoking a what would Jesus do argument is one of those low spots. Since Jesus was emphatically not a Christian it is unlikely that he would be sitting in a pew at any Christian church. He probably would not be found in a synagogue either but that possibility does not trouble observant Jews. I know that if I came back to life more than two thousand years after being crucified, I would head straight to a bar. I certainly would not want to sit next to Juan Williams in a church on a Sunday morning. Not after two thousand years.
