I heard an arbitrary deadline to begin withdrawing from Afghanistan. I think that is a good thing. If you decided to start shipping folks and hardware home tomorrow, it would be at least a year before you were done. I don't actually think he's proposed much of a delay.

The increase in troops, that's another matter. Maybe if they were tasked with packing up our stuff and shipping it home...
