Four minutes, four fouls. Not good, even with a seven point lead. Especially since two of the fouls are on Shaq. Kobe and Shaq are pros…they can hang.

But Shaq is sitting. And the lead is gone with 4:16 left in the quarter.

It's not looking good for the Lakers.
