Bushisms

Has anyone noticed that all Bushisms happen when l'il Georgie is trying to say something nice and supportive?

Has anyone noticed he never slips up when issuing a threat?

My grandpa had a stroke, and could rarely talk, but when he got mad enough he could swear loudly and clearly. It sounds like Dubya is experiencing something similar. More thinking equals more difficulty.
