David Elliot is the communications director for National Coalition to Abolish the Death Penalty (NCADP). He is a former newspaper reporter for the Austin American-Statesman in Austin, Texas, where he extensively investigated and reported on problems with Texas´ death penalty system.

Bernie Horn has worked on state public policy for the past 25 years as a lawyer, legislative director, political consultant and policy director. As the Policy Director of Center for Policy Alternatives, Bernie manages all policy initiatives and analysis, as well as all communication programs.

Kristin Houlé has served as the Program Associate for Amnesty International USA's Program to Abolish the Death Penalty since 2002. She is a long-time member of Amnesty International and has been active in the abolition movement since 1997, when her home state of Kentucky carried out its first execution in more than 30 years.
