For any of you who really gives a damn, talk with, and listen to, teenagers about what is going on in high school. Talk to teenagers about what is happening in middle school. If you really want to loose sleep, talk with kids in elementary school.

Things are off the chain and loving parents have a right to be concerned about the madness that is going on.

So-called "homophobia" doesn't have jack s*** to do with it.

"Divide and conquer" doesn't have a thing to do with it.

Your kid thinking he/she is gay because they feel close to a friend, and being blasted with the overt sexual imagery going on, has a lot to do with it.

Yes, sir, I am quoting you from Afroam. But you won't mind because I bring corroboration of sorts. I'm sure parents around the country are terrified.

But they're blaming the wrong folks.

Your children aren't homosexual. They're hedonists. And the vast majority of the sexual imagery out there is hetrosexual in nature.

Now, I could be rude and tell you your faith should empower you to raise your children right. Thing is, you're not the problem either.

MIRROR NEURONS and imitation learning as the driving force behind "the great leap forward" in human evolution

The discovery of mirror neurons in the frontal lobes of monkeys, and their potential relevance to human brain evolution   which I speculate on in this essay   is the single most important "unreported" (or at least, unpublicized) story of the decade. I predict that mirror neurons will do for psychology what DNA did for biology: they will provide a unifying framework and help explain a host of mental abilities that have hitherto remained mysterious and inaccessible to experiments.

Watch or read. And think about what your kids are reproducing in their heads. Think about where it comes from. Yeah, violent hiphop...produced and distributed by who? Sexuality and what we used to think of as cuss words on broadcast primetime...video games...Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders...20,000 30-second commercials per year guaranteeing pleasure from so much as brushing your teeth, 8000 murders by the time they finish elementary school...and the print ads...billboards...radio...all shrieking, all tempting, all jerking the reflexes that make you want to try it. It's free. It's fun, and you'll love it.

Deny gay folks their due, insist on their invisibility, and you'll have done nothing to resolve your problem. The society, the economy will still impress hedonism on your children. Sooner or later you'll have to address it directly.
